Do I really not need a credit card or VPN?
Correct. You do not need a foreign credit card, a U.S. billing address, a VPN, or an Amazon.com account. We buy on your behalf through our tax-registered U.S. entity, and we accept payment from you in PKR via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or 1LINK.
How much customs duty will I pay?
It depends on the item's HS code, declared value, and whether you are a personal or commercial importer. Personal-use parcels below the FBR's de-minimis threshold often clear with zero duty; larger orders attract 11%–33% in combined duties + sales tax. We quote the estimated duty in PKR inside your free quote, before you pay anything.
Which cities do you actually deliver to?
All 87 cities currently served by our partner network — every major urban centre (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot) plus tier-2 and tier-3 cities through local rider partners. Average Karachi-to-Lahore door-to-door is 9 business days.
What if my package is lost or held by customs?
Every parcel is insured door-to-door at full declared value, at no extra cost. If a parcel is lost in transit or held by customs beyond 14 days, we refund 100% of the shipping fee plus the product cost — or reship the item on us. That is the zero lost-package guarantee in writing.
Can I order from Amazon U.K. or Amazon U.A.E. as well?
Yes. We maintain tax-registered receiving addresses in Delaware, Oregon, and Texas for Amazon U.S.; in a U.K. consolidator for Amazon.co.uk; and in a U.A.E. consolidator for Amazon.ae. Quote form lets you pick the source marketplace per item.
How do I pay, and when?
You pay the product cost + international shipping estimate after quote approval, in PKR. Customs duty (if any) is paid separately when the parcel lands in Pakistan, against the FBR challan we share with you. No hidden fees, no currency-conversion surprises.
