Documentation you'll need

Customs clearance for any inbound parcel in Pakistan is filed under the consignee's CNIC. Here's the minimum we ask you to keep on file with us — and we keep it encrypted and only share it with the FBR-appointed clearing agent when a parcel arrives.

  • CNIC number (13 digits, no dashes) on your first order. Stored for life of account.
  • Full delivery address with city, province, and postcode — we deliver to all 87 cities in our network.
  • Mobile number that is reachable on WhatsApp — that's how our rider confirms the drop.
  • For business buyers (resellers), an optional NTN / sales-tax registration so we can file the commercial Goods Declaration instead of the personal one.

Your CNIC is never sold, never shared with Amazon, and never used to open any account in your name.
